Artist of the Month

Throughout the month of September, the works of local artist, Anthony Langlands, will be displayed here at the Shellharbour Civic Centre as part of our reoccurring exhibition, 'Artist of the Month'.

Artist Statement

Hi, I am Anthony Langlands, a local landscape and seascape artist. I have an affinity with the natural world, with that in mind and with the encroachment of suburbia in our region, I try to interpret what is left of our natural areas in their best light. I do appreciate the early history and beauty of our region. In saying that, hopefully my work will serve as a reflection of what it looked like at a certain point in our history.
